The Challenger Centre approached Bundaberg Regional Council (BRC) with the proposal to develop Australia’s first Challenger Learning Centre. This is a specifically designed education facility aimed at providing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) lessons from primary through to high school aged children. It includes a number of scenario based learning activities based around space missions.
